We really want to hear your views about your care. Good, bad, or in between, your experience helps us improve the way we care for our community. Remember, anything you tell us will not affect your ongoing care.
We love hearing when we’ve made a difference. Compliments put a spring in our step and help us do more of the things that make you happy.
If you think something isn’t quite right, tell us at the earliest opportunity. We find we can fix most concerns quickly if we’re told.
The first step is to talk to the person in charge of your area or ward. Ask to speak to someone at the reception desk.
If the person in charge can’t help, or if you’d like to talk to someone away from the clinic or service, talk to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service.
It’s equally important you tell us if you think something has gone wrong. That way, we can make sure we put it right as soon as possible. We can learn a lot from your views, so your feedback can help us reduce the risk of the same thing happening again.
