In an emergency

In an emergency it's difficult to know where to turn. We (and our partner organisations across the capital) are here to help you.

We don't judge, but we're pretty great at listening.

The important first step is to get whatever help you need.

If you've had unprotected sex (or the condom broke), you can get emergency contraception from various pharmacies and clinics in Brent, Ealing, Harrow, and Hillingdon.

Or if you've experienced sexual assault or rape, we can point you in the right direction for help, support, care, and treatment.
