IUC or implant fitting or removal

If you’re visiting us for a procedure like an IUC or implant fitting or removal, please do not bring children with you.

Chaperones

A chaperone will observe your procedure to help protect your privacy and dignity.

Your arrival time

You’ll get an arrival time when you call: please get to the clinic within 10 minutes of your arrival time.

We’ll aim to see you close to your arrival time, but you may need to wait up to 30 minutes.

If you don’t check in on time, we may not be able to see you and you’ll need to rebook.

Walk-ins

Our walk-in services get very busy, so arrive early. You may have to wait 1 to 2 hours.

  • Monday: 4.00pm to 6.00pm
  • Tuesday: 5.00pm to 7.00pm.
